securing a wedding BOOKING & PAYMENT details
INITIAL ENQUIRY
Please contact me via the ENQUIRY PAGE to check on availability and for any provisional information you may want me to help with. If I am already booked on that day, I will refer you to another recommended wedding videographer to try. Some dates may be available even at very short notice from your wedding, so if you have left it as an after thought but now realise that it will be great to have, you'd be as well trying. I have even been booked a few weeks before their wedding date.

SECURING A BOOKING
Once I have replied, hopefully with availability and all the answers you were looking for, you would then hopefully be wanting to confirm a booking. BOOKING FORM Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a £100 booking fee which is deductable from the balance of the chosen package, which the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your big day.

IMPORTANT FOR PAYMENT REFERENCES
When making a transfer can you put in payment description your initials, date and BKF for booking fee or BAL for balance eg. GB250721BKF

Receipt- Once I have received your payment I will issue a receipt of payment by email.

Next point of contact - Most booking are made 12 -18 months in advance so there is not a need for any further contact until very close to the time as much of wht is discussed at the outset would hopefully been taken into account in the planning process. I do find that certain recommendations are not followed up on, and not considered as being that important. eg. arranging an access of 90 minutes to a church prior to the ceremony start time.
